I'm not sure if there's ever been fanart of this character before or not...
At any rate, I decided to take some liberties with this drawing, as I was basing it on the game sprite of the Mother 1 character... and it looks vaguely like the character is wearing his underwear outside of his clothes. The idea made me laugh, and I thought it appropriately EarthBoundy, so I just went with it.
